TheIndiaBox.com is operated by Attune Offitech, an IEC (Import Export Code) licensed exporter registered in Delhi, India. We have been conducting international exports since 2012 through our eBay store SoundSolutions_Worldwide.
We provide personal shopping and international forwarding services โ sourcing products from Amazon.in, Flipkart, Amazon.ae, Noon, Amazon.co.uk and other Indian and UAE-based platforms, and delivering them to customers worldwide via FedEx, DHL, Aramex and India Post.
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services We Provide
2.1 Personal Shopping Service
You provide us a product link or description. We purchase the item on your behalf from an Indian or UAE-based platform, and ship it to your international delivery address.
2.2 Package Forwarding
You purchase items directly and have them delivered to our warehouse address. We then consolidate and forward to your international address.
2.3 eBay Listing Service
For select products, we can list items on eBay under our verified store SoundSolutions_Worldwide, allowing you to purchase with full eBay Buyer Protection. See Section 3 for important charges applicable to eBay purchases.
2.4 What We Are NOT
- We are NOT a licensed courier company or freight forwarder
- We are NOT an Amazon, Flipkart or eBay official partner
- We do NOT guarantee customs clearance in destination countries

3. eBay Listings โ Important Notice

3.1 eBay Commission
eBay charges a final value fee of approximately 12โ15% on every sale made through our eBay store. This fee is charged to us as the seller and is factored into the price you see on eBay listings.
This means items purchased via eBay will be priced 12โ15% higher compared to ordering directly through TheIndiaBox.com website or WhatsApp.

3.4 Worldwide Delivery via eBay
Items listed on our eBay store ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL with estimated delivery of 7โ15 days depending on destination country.
4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited and we will refuse any order containing them. Payment will be refunded minus processing fees.

The following require special handling, documentation or carrier approval. WhatsApp us before ordering.

4.3 Country-Specific Restrictions
- Australia: Very strict biosecurity โ most fresh food, plants, wood products banned
- USA: FDA regulations apply to food and supplements
- UK: Post-Brexit customs โ food import restrictions apply
- Japan: Some spices and Ayurvedic ingredients restricted
- Brazil: Very high import duties โ up to 60% on some goods
- UAE: No pork products, no religious material of non-Islamic nature
Customer is responsible for verifying import regulations of their destination country. TheIndiaBox.com is not liable for items seized or returned by customs.
5. Ordering Process
5.1 How to Place an Order

- Provide product link or description, delivery address and contact details
- We confirm availability and send you a price quote within 2โ4 hours
- You approve the quote and make payment
- We purchase the product and send you photos before shipping
- We ship and provide tracking number within 24โ48 hours of dispatch
5.2 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders before payment without notice.
5.3 Product Availability
We cannot guarantee availability of any product on third-party platforms. If a product is unavailable after payment, we will offer a full refund or alternative product.
5.4 Photo Verification
We send photos of all items before shipping. You have 24 hours to raise any concern about the product condition. Once shipped, we cannot intercept the shipment.

6.4 Currency
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. International customers paying in foreign currency will be charged at prevailing exchange rates.
6.5 Price Changes
Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours only. Product prices on Amazon/Flipkart can change. Final price is confirmed at time of purchase.

7.3 Delivery Time Disclaimer
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to:
- Customs inspection and clearance at destination country
- Public holidays in India or destination country
- Extreme weather conditions or force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by customer
- Failed delivery attempts (recipient unavailable)
TheIndiaBox.com is not liable for delays caused by any of the above factors.
7.4 Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via WhatsApp and email within 24โ48 hours of shipment dispatch. Live tracking links are provided for all FedEx, DHL and Aramex shipments.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
โ ๏ธ Critical: Customer is fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and VAT charged by the destination country. These are NOT included in our pricing unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is explicitly agreed upon.
8.1 Customer Responsibilities
- Know your country's import regulations before ordering
- Pay all customs duties and import taxes when demanded by customs
- Provide correct and truthful declaration of contents if required
8.2 Our Responsibilities
- Provide accurate commercial invoice with correct product description and value
- File export customs documentation on India side
- Declare all items truthfully โ we do NOT undervalue items on customs forms
8.3 DDP Option
For USA shipments, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) โ duties are calculated and paid upfront at time of order so the recipient receives the package with no additional charges. DDP adds 10โ25% to total order cost depending on product category and destination.
8.4 USA De Minimis
The USA removed the $800 de minimis duty-free exemption in August 2025. All imports to USA are now subject to customs duty regardless of value. We strongly recommend DDP option for USA shipments.
8.5 Seized or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is seized or refused by customs due to prohibited items or non-payment of duties by customer, TheIndiaBox.com is not liable for any loss. No refund will be issued in such cases.
9. Food & Perishable Items
9.1 Carrier Restrictions
FedEx, DHL and Aramex do NOT accept food items from India for international shipping. Food items can only be shipped via India Post (Speed Post or Air Mail).

TheIndiaBox.com is not responsible if food items are confiscated by destination customs. No refund on product cost if seized โ only shipping cost refund considered on case by case basis.
10. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Shipments
10.1 Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event of a shipment being lost in transit:
- We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- FedEx/DHL claims process: 7โ30 business days
- India Post claims: 30โ90 days
- Compensation is limited to carrier's maximum liability (typically USD 100 unless insurance purchased)
10.2 Damaged Shipments
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will assist with carrier claim process
- Original packaging must be retained for damage claim
10.3 Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing shipment insurance for orders above โน5,000. Insurance cost is approximately 2โ3% of declared value. Request insurance at time of ordering.
10.4 TheIndiaBox Liability
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the shipping charges paid. We are not liable for the cost of goods lost or damaged in transit beyond carrier insurance limits.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
11.1 Before Purchase
Full refund if you cancel before we have purchased the product. No cancellation fee.
11.2 After Purchase, Before Shipping
If product has been purchased but not yet shipped โ refund of product cost minus our service charge (10%) and any return shipping costs to us from the source platform.
11.3 After Shipping
No refund once the shipment has been dispatched, except in cases of:
- Wrong product sent by us
- Product significantly not as described
- Product damaged before shipping (proven by our pre-shipping photos)
11.4 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days to original payment method.
11.5 Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution will result in permanent ban from our service. We maintain full shipping and communication records for all orders.
12. User Accounts
12.1 Registration
You can create an account using Google Sign-In (Gmail) or email/password. You must provide accurate information at registration.
12.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
12.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, file fraudulent chargebacks, or attempt to order prohibited items.
12.4 Data
Your order history, delivery addresses and contact details are stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

- Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or force majeure events
- Customs duties, taxes or fines imposed by destination country
- Items seized by customs due to prohibited item regulations
- Product quality issues from source platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon)
- Loss of business, profit or opportunity due to delivery delays
- Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
