TheIndiaBox.com is operated by Attune Offitech, an IEC (Import Export Code) licensed exporter registered in Delhi, India. We have been conducting international exports since 2012 through our eBay store SoundSolutions_Worldwide.

We provide personal shopping and international forwarding services โ€” sourcing products from Amazon.in, Flipkart, Amazon.ae, Noon, Amazon.co.uk and other Indian and UAE-based platforms, and delivering them to customers worldwide via FedEx, DHL, Aramex and India Post.

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

2.1 Personal Shopping Service

You provide us a product link or description. We purchase the item on your behalf from an Indian or UAE-based platform, and ship it to your international delivery address.

2.2 Package Forwarding

You purchase items directly and have them delivered to our warehouse address. We then consolidate and forward to your international address.

2.3 eBay Listing Service

For select products, we can list items on eBay under our verified store SoundSolutions_Worldwide, allowing you to purchase with full eBay Buyer Protection. See Section 3 for important charges applicable to eBay purchases.

โš ๏ธ Important: Purchasing via our eBay store SoundSolutions_Worldwide attracts additional charges. Please read this section carefully before choosing the eBay option.

3.1 eBay Commission

eBay charges a final value fee of approximately 12โ€“15% on every sale made through our eBay store. This fee is charged to us as the seller and is factored into the price you see on eBay listings.

This means items purchased via eBay will be priced 12โ€“15% higher compared to ordering directly through TheIndiaBox.com website or WhatsApp.

Despite the higher cost, purchasing via eBay provides:

3.4 Worldwide Delivery via eBay

Items listed on our eBay store ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL with estimated delivery of 7โ€“15 days depending on destination country.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited and we will refuse any order containing them. Payment will be refunded minus processing fees.

Customer is responsible for verifying import regulations of their destination country. TheIndiaBox.com is not liable for items seized or returned by customs.

5. Ordering Process

5.1 How to Place an Order

  2. Provide product link or description, delivery address and contact details
  3. We confirm availability and send you a price quote within 2โ€“4 hours
  4. You approve the quote and make payment
  5. We purchase the product and send you photos before shipping
  6. We ship and provide tracking number within 24โ€“48 hours of dispatch

5.2 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders before payment without notice.

5.3 Product Availability

We cannot guarantee availability of any product on third-party platforms. If a product is unavailable after payment, we will offer a full refund or alternative product.

5.4 Photo Verification

We send photos of all items before shipping. You have 24 hours to raise any concern about the product condition. Once shipped, we cannot intercept the shipment.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. International customers paying in foreign currency will be charged at prevailing exchange rates.

Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours only. Product prices on Amazon/Flipkart can change. Final price is confirmed at time of purchase.

7.4 Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via WhatsApp and email within 24โ€“48 hours of shipment dispatch. Live tracking links are provided for all FedEx, DHL and Aramex shipments.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

โš ๏ธ Critical: Customer is fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and VAT charged by the destination country. These are NOT included in our pricing unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is explicitly agreed upon.

For USA shipments, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) โ€” duties are calculated and paid upfront at time of order so the recipient receives the package with no additional charges. DDP adds 10โ€“25% to total order cost depending on product category and destination.

8.4 USA De Minimis

The USA removed the $800 de minimis duty-free exemption in August 2025. All imports to USA are now subject to customs duty regardless of value. We strongly recommend DDP option for USA shipments.

8.5 Seized or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is seized or refused by customs due to prohibited items or non-payment of duties by customer, TheIndiaBox.com is not liable for any loss. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Food & Perishable Items

9.1 Carrier Restrictions

FedEx, DHL and Aramex do NOT accept food items from India for international shipping. Food items can only be shipped via India Post (Speed Post or Air Mail).

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the shipping charges paid. We are not liable for the cost of goods lost or damaged in transit beyond carrier insurance limits.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund if you cancel before we have purchased the product. No cancellation fee.

If product has been purchased but not yet shipped โ€” refund of product cost minus our service charge (10%) and any return shipping costs to us from the source platform.
